Lumi of Brand is a band founded by Lumia Finland, a Finnish company located at Karavaanikuja 4, Helsinki, Finland.

2. Orders
Once you have placed an order with us an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address entered in the checkout process.
The order confirmation serves as a receipt and as a proof of your purchase. We encourage you to save your order confirmation for any future communication with us.
Please contact us at hi(at)lumioffinland.fi if the order confirmation is faulty or if you do not receive a confirmation - we are happy to assist you!
3. Prices
All prices are stated in EUR and includes VAT.
No import duties or custom fees apply for you as a customer.
4. Complaints
Kindly contact us at hi(at)lumioffinland.fi if you are not satisfied with the quality of your product or if the parcel and product has been damaged during transport to you and we will seek to help you.
If you return a faulty or damaged product please contact us before you dispatch your parcel so we can help you in the best possible way. If possible, please include a picture of the faulty goods to speed up the complaints process.
We kindly ask all customers to report faulty or damaged products as soon as possible after delivery for us to assist you in the best possible manner. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Kindly note that we take no responsibility for any indirect damage that may result from the usage of the product and which is caused by human error, such as normal use of the product, lost product, etc.
We accept no responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances outside our control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include global pandemics, labor conflicts, unexpected fire affecting operations, war, government decisions, union strikes, etc.
No liability is assumed for any changes in the product and its properties that arise by factors beyond our control and caused by normal usage of our product.
6. Product information
We reserve the right for any typing or printing errors on our website and related to our product information and descriptions. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on light, photo quality and resolution. We always try expose our products as accurately as possible.

We apply cookies on our website and the purpose is to remember information about you and your preferences and for us to ultimately improve the customer experience for you. This collection supports us in analyzing data about web page traffic and to ultimately improve our website in order increase the relevance for our customers and website visitors. Preference cookies: Cookies collected when you browse or place orders on our site and where the cookies remember preferences you may have, e.g. specific products or pages. The purpose is to make the customer experience increasingly personal. These cookies are collected by e.g. Stripe, Paypal, Klarna, Mailchimp, etc.
The collection of cookies do not give us access to your personal device or any information about you, apart from the information you provide to us by browsing or placing orders on any of our websites. We only use cookies information for statistical analysis and for our marketing efforts to improve the customer and user experiene for you and the data is removed from our systems when not needed anymore. You have the ability to decline cookies through changing your personal settings on your device.

When browsing on our webiste or placing an order on our website you accept our privacy policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your personal privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or give your information to third parties without legal basis.
Lumi of Finland is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal information is processed by us in order to handle your order as well as when you have signed up for our newsletter and/or promotional offers – in order for us to adapt the marketing to your individual needs and preferences.
Your data can also be used for targeted marketing campaigns through Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google Ads, Tiktok, SMS and email - at select occasions offer you promotions.

Lumi of Finland store personal data related to the placement and fulfillment of your order in addition to when you as a customer e-mail us and for us to being able to fulfill your request. Information we may store about you (depending on situation and our required need to fulfill the specific purpose) includes name, address, telephone number, e-mail, IP address, order number, payment method and purchase history.
Your information is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your information and to fulfill your request. We may also store data for as long as it is needed to comply with local Finnish laws.

In conjunction with entering into our checkout process, placing an order on our website or signing up to our newsletter we store personal information about you and which you have provided to us in order for us to legally fulfill our agreement or to perform marketing to you from your specific request.
Marketing may include campaigns, product information, new launches and related news from us to you. We only perform newsletter marketing to you from your specific request (ie based on the opt-in principle).

At any given time and upon personal request by you we are obliged to share all our personal data on you and for which we have stored about you. Such information request is delivered electronically.

You have the right to request us to adjust or correct personal data about you that we have stored and shared with you.
8.7 Withdrawal of consent for storage of personal data
You can at any time withdraw any given consent to process your personal data by contacting Lumi of Finland via email hi(at)lumioffinland.fi and through describing your request. You also have the ability to opt out on our newsletter, as all marketing related emails have an opt-out link at the bottom of each mail.

The legal entity Lumi of Finland is responsible for storing and processing personal data and ensures that relevant legislation is adhered to.
8.9 Protection of your personal data
We care deeply about safeguarding and protecting your personal data and we use the strictest industry standards including SSL / TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords in a secure and safe way.

Lumi of Finland reserves the right to change the terms and privacy policy presented herein at any given time. The latest version of the terms and privacy policy are always available on our website.
10. Governing law
The terms and conditions and privacy policy herein and your use of our websites are governed by Finnish law in addition to us adhering to GDPR in accordance with EU legislation (implemented in Finland). Despite GDPR, Finnish courts have the exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent possible, for any possible dispute arising from the terms and your use of any of Lumi of Finland websites).
